Mike Adams

Co-Founder

Mike began his career studying engineering at the University of East London before moving into telecommunications, where he built a 20-year international career in senior leadership roles with Siemens and multiple US start-ups.

He started his first telecoms business in 2003, growing it through strategic acquisitions before successfully exiting in 2024. Alongside his commercial experience, Mike holds a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors at Cranfield, a qualification earned by proven business leaders.

With a sharp focus on sales, financial discipline, and customer service, Mike co-founded OBC - Oundle Business Catalysts with marketing expert Ian Quartermaine to help small businesses generate leads without big-agency costs. Having built and sold his own companies, Mike understands that small businesses need visibility, results, and affordability—not £1,000s in wasted spend.

Ian Quartermaine is a global business leader with deep expertise in travel, hospitality, and meetings and events.

He currently advises Centelli Ltd. on global strategy and the use of AI and automation to drive smarter meetings and scalable growth.

An elected Town Councillor in Oundle, Ian chairs Marketing and Communications and previously led the British American Business Council of Arizona. With senior roles at British Airways, Air New Zealand, HelmsBriscoe, and as CEO of MeetingsIn LLC, he brings a proven track record in international expansion, strategy, and innovation.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI).
